Why BLOXX exists
The future of premium building is off-site.
Construction faces overlapping pressures: a shortage of skilled site labour, an urgent need to cut carbon, and steady demand for better spaces delivered faster. Traditional building struggles to answer all three at once.
Modular construction moves the work from a high-risk, weather-dependent site to a predictable, engineered process. That shift is why BLOXX was established. Better building is not about working harder on site. It is about working smarter off it.
BLOXX works from Five Chimneys Business Park in Hadlow Down, East Sussex. The team includes architects, engineers and project managers with decades of combined experience in modular construction.
Every project is drawn for its client and its site, then run by one team from the first conversation to the final checks. You deal with the same people from design through to handover.

Method
Built in parallel.
While the groundworks happen on site, the structure is made in the workshop. When both are ready, it is delivered and lifted straight into place.
