Planning, privacy and how to begin.
Does an underground build need planning permission?
In almost all cases, yes. Excavating for a habitable underground structure counts as development and usually needs a full planning application, with attention to flood risk, structural method, trees, access and the removal of spoil. Read the planning guide.
Will you show me previous projects?
No. All BLOXX Secure projects are completed under strict NDA. We do not discuss, reference or disclose previous commissions, and your project receives the same confidentiality.
What power options are available?
