Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, the division you are interested in and anything you write in your message. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call or site survey, and prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is your request for us to take these steps before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us.

We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we never sell your details.

Who we share it with

Enquiries pass through a form service that delivers them to our inbox. Our email and IT providers store messages on our behalf. If a project goes ahead, we may share relevant details with the architects, engineers or consultants working on it. Each of these acts only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them for longer.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. Fonts and scripts are served from our own site rather than third parties.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
